Parent Forum

Date: 5th May 2013

Thank you to all of the parents who attended last weeks Parent Forum.  Once again your views on our schools were appreciated.  At the meeting, chaired by Mr Penn-Bourton and attended by Mrs Cotton, we outlined some of the significant things that have happened in school recently.  We spoke about the new library, the importance of discussing learning with the children,  the range of web based access we provide the children with, and whether the homework diaries were still liked.  We also asked for feedback on this year's class and individual photographs.

We asked parents to raise any concerns they had.  These included the range of sporting competitions we were entering,  questions about which year groups should be the focus for swimming lessons and reasons as to why some parents were allowed to use the school car park at the end of the school day when they were collecting their children.
